Coessens Champagne Brut Nature Largillier 2020 DISCOUNTABLE and one just outside theJrme Coessens has been working a single 3. 4 hectare monopole vineyard called Largillier since 2006, tending old Pinot Noir vines in Ville sur Arce's clay rich soils. This Brut Natureno dosage addedshows chalk, citrus, and flinty minerality with great depth and freshness. Aged for 36 months on lees, it's a grower Champagne that tastes like the specific place it comes from, not a house style.
