Its dense growth and spreading habit make it an excellent weed suppressing groundcover. The plants are topped, starting in mid October, with apricot pink daisies. Full to part sun and average to dry soils are best. Chrysanthemum zawadzkii ssp. zawadzkii has a wide natural range from eastern Europe to southeast Asia.
