2020 Weingut Wasenhaus, Spatburgunder 'Mohlin', Baden, Germany Franck Balthazar As a vino amaroLibrary Release A Pinot Noir on partially very shallow and poor limestone clay soil grown on the Ehrenstetter Olberg with a more southeast exposure than the Kanzel. These vineyards are a bit hotter and more exposed to the sun, mainly German clones and some French selection massale, with different age and origins and mainly manual work. Fermentation with 2 3 whole cluster, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat
