It comes from a 0. 8 hectare plot planted in 1908 on a gentle slope at 750 meters in altitude in the village of Villarroya de la Sierra plus a newer and slightly flatter 0. 7 hectare adjacent plot planted in 1970. They used 20% full clusters for the fermentation in an open top fermenter
