C. 1900 Ink Portrait of Soulful Looking Young Woman on Card, Signed HK Lachman pea pool which from what I understandA serious and soulful looking young woman, looking of the sort to model for Picasso when not sitting for the HK Lachman who drew this but better and more importantly, I imagine an artist herself. I love the combination of her strong face here with those very gestural wisps of hair. 7" x 5". Black ink on heavy card in good condition, signed lower left. With her portrait subtly framed by an off square rectangle of toning, which I quite like.
