Gorgeous Old Wooden Printer's Tray curio shelf with cut out lettersThis beautiful thing. I'm not quite sure how all it was used that yielded this incredible surface, but surely some combination of paper and ink and glue or varnish, all hardened now, not sticky, and just truly gorgeous. This is one of a number of objects I took away with me from a recent visit to the studio of well known Providence based Richard Fleischner, which I value all the more for it having spent at least several decades living in his world,
