I'd guess they date from sometime between the 1910s-1930s

to be used to print some sort of awards of merit or the like

It measures 14 1/2" long x 11 1/2" wide x 5 3/4" tall

Hard to beat the line that defines the curl of hair framing her face, and I really love the hard line between her upper and lower lips. Undated, though I believe from the 1960s, and executed in ballpoint pen I believe.
