In silver, featuring a red enameled Pisan cross, obverse centre bearing the monogram of the founder Knyaz Ferdinand, surrounded by a ring in green enamel with inscription (For Military Merit), reverse centre with Bulgarian lion, adorned by crown with internal red enameling, 45. 7 mm (w) x 69. 4 mm (h), with enamel loss to obverse 9 o'clock as well as reverse 9 o'clock, on period ribbon, toned
